2026 Annual Symposium
26 & 27 October 2026
We look forward to welcoming you to Sydney, Australia!
Join us in Sydney the iconic harbour city for the FACET 2026 Annual Symposium on 26 October, hosted by UNSW Sydney.
Our high-level international forum brings together leading industry executives, researchers, and government representatives from Australia, France, and beyond to advance practical solutions for the energy transition.
This year’s symposium will focus on alternative future fuels for aviation and maritime, resilient electricity grid systems, and energy storage solutions beyond batteries. A cocktail reception will follow the formal program, providing opportunities for networking and continued discussion.
The following day, FACET will hold a Critical Minerals Workshop on 27 October 2026, at IMARC, Australia’s leading mining and resources industry conference and exhibition.
Joins us for discussions on bridging the capital gap from mine to market and re-industrialising the critical minerals supply chain.
