Stephane Bourg 

Stéphane Bourg joined BRGM in 2022 to take the Direction of the French Observatory of Mineral Resources for industrial sectors (OFREMI), after 23 years at the French alternative and atomic energy commission (CEA)

Involved for more than ten years on the issue of critical raw materials and their supply chains, he has led the European expert network on critical raw materials (SCRREEN) supporting European Commission on the criticality assessment since 2016.

He is also president of PROMETIA, the international association promoting mineral processing and extractive metallurgy.
